Terms of Service

These terms apply when you request a Funnlr preview, subscribe, or use a hosted website, WhatsApp bot, booking flow, client portal, or related service.

Effective 15 July 2026

Plain-language summary

A free preview does not start a paid subscription. Paid service starts only after you approve the exact checkout amount and the payment provider confirms it. Subscriptions are month-to-month unless a written offer says otherwise.

1. Agreement

You accept these terms when you explicitly agree in WhatsApp or the portal, approve a checkout, or use a paid Funnlr service. The Privacy Policy and Billing Policy form part of this agreement.

If you act for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that business.

2. Free website previews

You may request a free hosted preview by answering the builder questions and accepting the displayed Privacy Policy and Terms. The preview is not a promise of traffic, leads, sales, or a particular search ranking.

The standard preview includes up to three change requests submitted in the format shown by the WhatsApp bot. Extra work may need a separate quote. A preview remains unpaid and may not be represented as a fully supported live subscription site.

The free hosted preview serves normally for 7 days from the time it is built. If it has not been activated as a paid site by then, Funnlr replaces the hosted preview with a paused notice until it is activated; activation puts the same build back online. If the preview has still not been activated 30 days after it was built, Funnlr may automatically delete its public hosting project and private build repository. The WhatsApp delivery message states both dates. Completing the details form or asking for a preview change does not extend either deadline unless Funnlr confirms an extension in writing.

3. Paid services

Your checkout states the package, recurring amount, and any once-off setup charge before you authorise it. Funnlr activates the paid service only after a signed payment-provider event is matched to the correct customer and site. A WhatsApp message saying “paid” is not payment confirmation.

For an eligible preview subscription, confirmation changes that exact hosted preview to live status and starts the portal-access process. Other packages may require onboarding details before delivery.

Package features, included updates, response targets, and third-party costs are limited to what the offer or checkout states.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you supply. You allow Funnlr and its service providers to process, adapt, host, and display that content as needed to deliver the service.

5. Platform and template rights

Funnlr retains rights in its software, automation, templates, configuration systems, brand, and operating methods. An active subscription gives you a limited right to use the delivered hosted service for your business. It does not transfer the underlying platform or reusable template code unless a separate written agreement says so.

6. Availability and results

We work to keep services available, but hosting, WhatsApp, payment providers, email, domain systems, and other third parties can fail or change. Maintenance and security work may also interrupt access.

We do not guarantee enquiries, bookings, revenue, advertising performance, search ranking, or uninterrupted third-party services. You remain responsible for business decisions and customer fulfilment.

7. Suspension and acceptable use

We may pause access for overdue payment, a security threat, unlawful or abusive use, infringement, spam, fraud, or conduct that could harm customers or the platform. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

8. Cancellation

You may request cancellation through WhatsApp menu option 8 or hello@funnlr.co.za. For a month-to-month subscription, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period if requested before the next debit.

After service ends, hosted sites, bots, booking flows, and portal access may be disabled. We may retain required records and handle content according to the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, Funnlr is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, third-party outages, or loss caused by inaccurate or unlawful client content. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable South African law does not allow us to exclude.

10. Changes, law, and contact

We may update these terms for future use or give notice of a material change affecting an active paid service. South African law applies. Contact hello@funnlr.co.za with a service or terms question.
