Funnlr is a small South African agency in the Western Cape that builds mobile websites, WhatsApp assistants and online booking for small businesses, on monthly plans from R199. It is run by one person, Ibrahim, who is also a law student. More about who runs it.

Starter gives you a branded mobile page, a services and pricing section, WhatsApp buttons, your logo and colours, and a hosted live link. Pro adds a multi-step lead form, a customer review section, a photo gallery and monthly updates. The WhatsApp AI Assistant answers on your own number with replies you approve first, only answers what you allow, takes booking enquiries, remembers the conversation and hands the chat to you. Partner adds an assistant configured for your business, booking workflows, payment links in chat where supported, monthly updates by the team and a monthly report of what it brought in. You ask for a free preview on the website and tick the consent box. Funnlr emails you a short form. Once you submit it, Funnlr builds your page and emails you the link, usually within 24 hours. The preview runs for 7 days and includes up to three change requests. If you have not activated it by then, it pauses until you do. If it is still not activated 30 days after it was built, Funnlr may delete it. No card is needed and a preview never turns into a paid subscription by itself. Ask for a free preview.

Yes. Starter, Pro and the Growth Bundle are month to month with no contract. To cancel, use WhatsApp menu option 8 or email hello@funnlr.co.za. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid month, if you ask before the next debit. Partner has a simple written agreement, and Funnlr explains it before you sign. You keep ownership of everything you supply, such as your text, photos, logo and prices. Funnlr keeps the rights to its own software, automation and templates. An active subscription gives you the right to use the hosted site for your business. The underlying template code is not handed over unless a separate written agreement says so. This is sections 4 and 5 of the Terms.

After service ends, the hosted site, assistant, booking flow and portal access may be disabled. Funnlr may keep records it is required to keep and handles your content as the Privacy Policy describes. You can ask what personal information Funnlr holds about you and ask for correction or deletion where it applies.

Your content is yours, so you can ask for your own text, photos and customer information. Funnlr does not yet publish a standard export package for the hosted site itself, and the template code stays with Funnlr. If this matters to you, ask before you subscribe and Funnlr will confirm in writing what you would receive.

A domain you already own stays yours, and so does your phone number. The Terms do not yet describe how a domain or number is connected, so Funnlr confirms the exact setup for yours in writing before you subscribe. Ask for it in writing.

Funnlr is a one person business, and the Terms do not yet say what happens to live sites if it closed. Anything you depend on should be asked about before you subscribe, and Funnlr will answer in writing. Your own content, domain and phone number remain yours either way. Ask before you subscribe.

The Terms say package features, included updates, response targets and third party costs are limited to what your offer or checkout states. Your checkout shows the exact monthly amount before you approve anything, and any once-off setup charge is shown separately.

It replies on your own WhatsApp number in your words, only to the questions you have approved. It answers prices, services and availability, takes booking enquiries, remembers the conversation, and hands the chat to you when a person is needed. It does not promise results, and it should never make up an answer.

Funnlr uses third party providers for hosting, databases, messaging, email, automation, artificial intelligence and payments. They receive only the information needed for their role, and Funnlr does not sell or rent personal information. The Privacy Policy lists what is collected and why. A business that collects information from its own customers stays responsible for using it lawfully.

Yes. With booking automation a customer picks a time, is confirmed, and pays a deposit. On Partner, the deposit can be paid by card through your own Yoco account, and the booking confirms by itself once Yoco confirms the money.
