Will this work with all phones?
NFC works on modern NFC-capable iPhone and Android devices. A printed QR fallback is included only when that specific product listing says it has an order-specific QR code.
Do I or my customers need an app?
No. Neither you nor your customer needs an app. The card arrives 100% pre-programmed by Funnlr. You unbox it and start tapping immediately.
Can I link it to something other than Google Reviews?
Yes. Connect it to an official Google review page or to a Funnlr funnel, which can carry WhatsApp, booking, contact and social links.
Will the product have my logo on it?
Not by default. The supplier product uses the generic design shown in the listing. What you are buying is the hardware plus the permanent Funnlr Tap URL and destination setup.
Is there a monthly fee on the hardware?
No. The product price is once-off. Anything you link it to may have its own subscription, but the hardware itself carries no Funnlr monthly fee.
How long does delivery take, and what if I change my mind?
Delivery is R99 nationwide and free on orders over R1000. We confirm the supplier estimate after payment and send tracking on WhatsApp once it dispatches. There is a 14-day money-back guarantee from delivery.
